Benefits at Intuit are decent, though insurance premiums/coverage is worse than previously at Mailchimp People are generally kind and supportive, and will go out of their way to help Fun and creative culture that will hopefully persist after the acquisition

Cons

Many long-time folks are leaving after the acquisition Not a lot of clear direction and strategic, unified direction from engineering SLT
