      Pros

      Amazing collaborative culture. Coworkers and leaders really care. Employees are first-class stakeholders. The customer really matters. Always trying to improve the way we work. Provides autonomy, master and purpose. Little politics getting in the way of work.

      Cons

      Being a large org communication can be challenging. Hard to know who to talk to to get help. Code base is massive which comes with technical debt and many, many technologies that have been added over years.
