-> The work culture is awesome. Work life balance is phenomenal which in turn gives immense job satisfaction -> Competitive pay in market -> Multiple perks apart from pay. -> Too much focus on employee well being.

Cons

-> At the time of recruitment you might get offered lower designation than you were interviewed for. -> Other than that don't feel anything so far.
