Decently competitive environment in terms of skills. Decent pay and great range of benefits. Kind people all throughout. Many bright and hard working folks.

Cons

Leadership is disheveled, constantly changing direction. I'm not convinced that they attract the tip top talent of our industry - meaning I frequently wonder if other major companies have more talent. Not sexy.
