Pros

9-5, very relaxed. They say business casual but many wear T-shirt’s and jeans. Unlimited work from home, 3 weeks vacation, great benefits, subsidized meals, free snacks. Average tenure is 7 years because people love it here. I heard it was very political, but it seems they did some serious rework because it doesn’t feel that way to me (started this year).

Cons

Work moves slowly because it’s a 9000 person company. Promotion process seems complex but fair.

Cons

HR connect and other question assistance related to any concern could be available at least 12 hours every day. Not a big problem.
