Pros

Perhaps one of the earliest things you may notice is that Intuit tends to hire people that match their values. You get to work with talented people who are not only amazing at their field, but are good people to work with. They hire people who not only are bold and awesome but are team-oriented. They would rather hire 5 engineers who are hard-working and are great to work with than 1 genius who's a jerk and brings people around him down. You can ask a question to people around you and they are more than willing to drop what they are doing to help you.

Cons

Internally teams may sometimes get a bit possessive of their tech sometimes to the detriment of progress at an org level.

Pros

- Very good pay - Great benefits.

Cons

- Work is way obsolete. Talented people work on crappy technology stacks. On paper, they showcase that the whole company is working on cutting edge technology, but the ground reality is much different. - Indian centre mostly has discarded projects which are in dying phase and the job of the team is just to sustain the slow decline. Most of the challenging work is USA centric and this is true for the majority of the Business Units.
