Pros

I've found the company culture to be highly collaborative and supportive, which makes the work environment very positive. The work-life balance at Intuit is a major plus and the flexible work schedule really makes it easy to manage personal commitments. The focus on innovation is clear, and I felt empowered to contribute new ideas. Career growth is strongly encouraged here and my manager was a great mentor and the company provided numerous opportunities for me to develop new skills. The benefits package is also excellent; it's comprehensive and competitive. I've also genuinely enjoyed the impactful work, it's rewarding to see how the products we develop provide real value to customers.

Cons

Sometimes, the rapid pace of change or shifting priorities can be a challenge
