Pros

1. Good work life balance, with managers that value the mental health of employees. 2. Good miscellaneous benefits, aside from the standard health insurance and other monetary incentives. 3. Work with engineers that are truly excited about the work that they do.

Cons

1. Hiring team needs a lot of work. It is almost embarrassing to recommend someone to apply here because of how poorly the recruitment process is handled on Intuit's end. 2. Sometimes get the feeling that managers of different teams aren't aligned in terms of goals for different projects.

Pros

Pantry ! That's what they flaunt .

Cons

The work culture in India is toxic .the directors hire and promote people who either worked with them before or who come by refferals . Unprofessionalism in appraisals seen from India management ,there are sudden layoffs and upper management talks about ethics and just forgets about them . The work assignments are mediocre . There is less to learn ,I was told by my manager that 'this is a relationship driven company ' just few days after I joined . The quantity of work is not that much where you can prove that you are adding to the cause and you are performing .when I joined an ex colleague of mine said be very sure if what you speak with your team mates as the culture is set for back biting i.e a 360 review every 6 months where employees have to give negative feedbacks in written to move forward. Do NOT join if you have a similar offer ! Who are these people who are putting green reviews ? Every month ? Who has the time for that ?
