      lots of perks, really care for their employees and work life balance

      Cons

      problems of any big company -- bureaucracy and can be slow moving..sometimes have tough time of over managing and need to get out of the way of their employees

      1. Good perks and benefits 2. Employees are friendly and ready to offer a helping hand. Excellent teamwork. 3. Good balance of work ethics and opportunities to destress and enjoy 4. Ease of mobility and freedom to work on what interests you the most including with teams focussed on development for the future, research and offers opportunities to pitch new ideas that can be sponsored. 5. Offers both depth and breadth, stay in the same or learn and grow in new roles or domains or technologies.

      1. Focussed on accounting and tax software. Hasn't spread it's wings into multiple domains.

      Benefits are great Work is interesting and challenging

      Cons

      Manager/ Director is too dependent on leads and only manages up. Keeps skipping 1 on 1's. Work life balance is missing. Some of the leads and Senior engineers who have been working at that office for a while feel like they own the place and bully the new employees. Bro culture. Lot of engineers have left for the same reason.
