Pros

Salary, benefits. That’s pretty much it. Don’t go with GPTW rankings, I’ve seen people crying and leaving late at night.

Cons

Age old tech stack, dispassionate people, most teams suffer from quick strategy changes.. be ready to get your passion killed. Also don’t get scape goateed.

Feels good when you join. Feeling fades quickly. - Benefits WiFi reimbursements, free food, transport - Friendly people - usually - Pays well

Cons

- Not fast enough in adopting new technologies - Can make you complacent - Work-life balance depends on your Leadership team - you may have no life if they feel like it
