Some positive attributes for a career at Intuit: Holistic benefits program, approachable peers and seniors, employee first mindset, liberal outset, process orientation and great work-life balance.

Cons

A lot of legacy systems, slow movement technologically due to lack of competitors are some downsides of working here.

Inclusive work culture. Always have cool events going on with free food. Lots of tech talks from people within the business.

Still working to move beyond legacy software. A little bit bureaucratized management structure still.
