Pros

Incentives, swanky office space, free food, swags, clear vision from the senior leadership, and constant communication on strategy.

Cons

Low caliber leadership in India. Many leaders in senior roles have no people management background and are poor role models. Doesn't empower the team to make decisions, plans unrealistic commitments, and causes rework. No recognition for the hard work. Some of them play office politics and create a toxic environment. This is completely opposite to the people-friendly environment that Intuit claims to have.

Quality tech tools, good processes, very professional people, High technological level in all areas

Cons

The Hr is not the same as it usualy in Israel, there is no personal treatment for the employee, the employee is seen as a cog in the system. There is an outdated employment policy for temporary employees or company employees.
