1. Open culture for seeking best opportunities across teams 2. Generosity - team events/ cash awards/ annual tax year celebration awards/ etc 3. value employees

Cons

1. you can get stuck on a team which is scared to be bold, it's a hassle to find the right fit for you 2. less experienced managers can lead you astray 3. low visibility on different domains where you could look for opportunities

- Great benefits - Great team - Improving tech

Cons

- Some stakeholders do not understand tech at all, and expect major development to be done in days instead months - Non-tech stakeholders tried to decide on tech choices when they have no idea what an API is - Lots of blaming developers when things go wrong, but cover ups every where when the stakeholders made the wrong decision
