      Ensures excellent work life balance (in some cases this can be blessing for those looking forward to family life - work balance) Good Perks Allow mobility between various functions (Dev, QA, PM)

      Cons

      Lack of drive to adapt quickly/experiment with new technologies Lacks dedicated R&D department that looks at pool of great technologies available to customize them for scalability and high performance than simply writing a wrapper around it

      Pros

      This is my first job and the kind of encouragement I get from my peers is very inspiring. There is instant recognition even for the smallest achievement. I am proud to be "Intuit". This is the heaven on Earth. I mean it!!
