Too much politics. Some backstabbing to get ahead in company.

The work culture is awesome in INTUIT. People respect you as a engineer/ human being and they do not consider you as robot or machine or resource

Cons

Too business focused and less of engineering/technology focus Tough company to work for Managers and heaven for engineers
