Pros

- Learning new skills and experimenting with new concepts - Team environment allows folks to help each other - Caring work environment

Cons

There are still a frequent amount of meetings and teams can sometimes lose communications on similar features or overlapping issues. Changing projects before completion of high priority work, priorities shift very often.

Pros

* Customers First, For Real: They actually care about customers, which is kinda rare. You see it in how they build stuff and how support works. It's not just lip service. * Always Something New: Intuit's always tinkering with new tech, especially AI. It keeps things interesting, and you don't feel like you're stuck in the past. * They Don't Forget About You: They actually invest in your skills. Lots of training, chances to learn new stuff, and you can move around the company if you want. * Work-Life Balance? Yeah, They Get It: They're pretty chill about flexible hours and stuff. They seem to care about you not burning out. * They Walk the Talk: Their "values" aren't just some poster on the wall. They actually try to live by them. * Good Pay and Perks: They pay well, and the benefits are decent. Health insurance, retirement, all that jazz. * Trying to Be Inclusive: They're making an effort to be more diverse, which is good. They have groups for different people, which is cool.

Cons

It's Fast, Dude: It's tech, so it's always moving. If you like a slow pace, this might not be your jam.
