Pros

- Employee benefits and care are top-notch compared to many other companies - Lots of opportunities to grow technically if you are from a tier 2 company

Cons

- See a lot of politics floating around - Sometimes I see that decisions get stalled due to the componentization of simple workflows into multiple pieces across different teams - Work-life balance takes a hit in platform teams - No reimbursement for on-call duties

Pros

Excellent pay and benefits. The tech stack stays fairly current. Leadership wants results but also want the employees to be happy in their jobs.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like we are taking on too much at once. Teams are located all around the globe, so you can end up receiving messages and attending meetings are odd hours.
