Work life balance is great. The work is fun and challenging and the team dynamics are great. There is a real drive to make the product better. Lots of time-off including all federal holidays and the last week of the year. Plus half day fridays all summer!

Cons

Some glitches here an there as systems are merged with Intuit, but these things are being ironed out.
