      Pay is good. Low level people are good.

      Cons

      Systemic racism is backed into the policies and pay structure. They brag in yearly reports how they pay certain races and gender’s less or More than others.

      One of the best companies to work for !!!

      Pros

      1. Employees friendly company. Intuit is one of the best places to work for. 2. Lots of benefits like Annual stock refreshers, great yearly bonus, employer NPS contribution, Great Medical Insurance and yearly well being expenses reimbursements. 3. Good recognition and lots of spotlight money. 4. Intuit is improving its tech stack and it has become a technology company. 5. Good brand name on your resume. 6. Frequent gifts and team outing to nice places. Thanks Intuit for taking care of employees during COVID times. Intuit is awesome company to work for!!!

      Cons

      Sometimes promotions are given just to maintain gender ratio at each level. Promote only the deserved. This will prevent the deserved leaving the org.
