Pros

Culture, positive work environment, diversity, employee friendly, great benefits and vacation days (plus recharge days). Accountability & ownership can be seen by most teams that you work with.

Cons

1. Too many of those ever changing processes 2. Being stuck with RTB & maintaining legacy projects which are heavily relied on old tech, makes it very challenging to find time & ways to innovate. (one would have to give up on the work life balance for this)
