      Management puts honest effort in getting Pulse of the employees and keep working on issues raised by employees Utmost importance to 360 degree feedback Lot of room for Employees to learn new things, conduct several trainings. Spend a lot in up-skilling workforce Employees are empowered to bring their best selves to work Management always puts an honest effort to do best for employees Best in industry facilities (Food, transport, NPS, Insurance, ESPP, Stock options, Bonus, Medical Checkup, Day Care, Physical/Metal well being reimbursement etc)

      Cons

      If someone wants to work on the edge 12+ hours under pressure then Intuit is not the place. Quality of engineers in some of the teams are not upto the mark

      The transformation from product specific company to AI driven platform company is amazing. 10% unstructured time, Innovation Days are the best practices in the industry for a software engineer

      Promotions are still directly proportional to the tenure rather than achievements and strengths.

      Intuit provided me a perfect platform to excel and adopt new technologies, deliver faster achieving a perfect work-life balance. Capability to contribute reusable components across all the applications in Intuit Ecosystem. Good 401K and equity.
