Pros

Lots of people really love their job here. Laid back environment (except during crunch tax time). Access to leaders who genuinely care about you. Good pay. You will become a better person by working here.

Cons

If you want to create too much change, they will push you out. It's the Intuit way or the highway, although the Intuit way is very nice, an example is team x doesn't respond to email for a week, instead of looking them up and calling them or finding them in person, you are expected to relax and trust that everything will work out, which sometime means delays, and it's not something I'm terribly used to coming from the startup world.

Pros

Engineers are expected to think end-to-end, as "product engineers". Great flexibility, work life balance, benefits, entrepreneurial thinking encouraged.

Cons

Confrontation averse and consensus driven culture. Frequent lay-offs. Too much middle-management.

Pros

The pros are all in the past. Mint mobile was a great product, and an incredibly efficient team.

Cons

Executives had no clue what to do with the product. They made top-down decisions that made no sense, and wasted a ton of money while accomplishing nothing. They laid off half the team and the other half quit. Phenomenal incompetence. Stay away!
