Pros

* Customers First, For Real: They actually care about customers, which is kinda rare. You see it in how they build stuff and how support works. It's not just lip service. * Always Something New: Intuit's always tinkering with new tech, especially AI. It keeps things interesting, and you don't feel like you're stuck in the past. * They Don't Forget About You: They actually invest in your skills. Lots of training, chances to learn new stuff, and you can move around the company if you want. * Work-Life Balance? Yeah, They Get It: They're pretty chill about flexible hours and stuff. They seem to care about you not burning out. * They Walk the Talk: Their "values" aren't just some poster on the wall. They actually try to live by them. * Good Pay and Perks: They pay well, and the benefits are decent. Health insurance, retirement, all that jazz. * Trying to Be Inclusive: They're making an effort to be more diverse, which is good. They have groups for different people, which is cool.

Cons

It's Fast, Dude: It's tech, so it's always moving. If you like a slow pace, this might not be your jam.

Pros

It's a very tech forward company where new technologies and architecture patterns are actively encouraged by the leadership. There is a healthy push from the leadership towards experimenting with the newest frameworks which will help you as an engineer to keep up to date with the latest technologies. The workload is pretty balanced and the benefits are also great and at par with other FAANG companies.

Cons

Typically sofware development triad (Dev, Product Managers, Experience Design) works best when all three pillars are equally empowered. But currently, there is a slight engineering bias in the teams. There is an opportunity for the product and especially the design teams to be strengthened.
