Benefits are top notch. Good WLB is team dependant but it seems a decent amount of teams observe this. Decent Comp.

Cons

Lots of Low/No Code Frameworks, so if you really enjoy coding you may not enjoy these. Some of the recent layoffs don't make much sense overall and left some teams in a bad spot.
