Pros

Friendly people, good compensation. Generally, good work-life balance

Cons

Given Intuit is a large organization, there is a level of 'politics' that affects decisions more than I would like.

Pros

Lots of people really love their job here. Laid back environment (except during crunch tax time). Access to leaders who genuinely care about you. Good pay. You will become a better person by working here.

Cons

If you want to create too much change, they will push you out. It's the Intuit way or the highway, although the Intuit way is very nice, an example is team x doesn't respond to email for a week, instead of looking them up and calling them or finding them in person, you are expected to relax and trust that everything will work out, which sometime means delays, and it's not something I'm terribly used to coming from the startup world.
