Pros

Free food, snacks, commute, and there are two snooker tables Business class travel (u just need a reason to travel) Corporate credit card swipe for anything (food and drinks) U will have is some amazing events in amazing places where company spends a huge amount of money, Just have fun apart from these perks which mean less nothing worth mentioning about the real work

Cons

Plan big, commit more and deliver practically nothing- Three sign of an amazing team you are in Zero work life balance at all, if you are eager to do something and people notice that you fall in workers radar u will always be working. WLB goes for a toss Many managers are bad, they want to do things which showcases them as best, don't care about any other outcome Good managers don't have much say cause their % is less, and their words weigh nothing Work work work or talk talk talk u will get the same hike, do what makes u sleep at night do ur regular work less, participate in events which mean nothing to get visibility

Pros

No real pros compare to some of the good valley area company. Salary are at the par but other benefits really sucks.

Cons

Layoffs since 2009 every year under name of re-org. Company is loosing it's engineering talent while management is focused just on stock price. Older work force is reluctant to any changes means too much resistance to adopting to new technologies. Other than the cash cow turbotax company has no new product.

Pros

Salary is good but other benefits are just imaginery

Cons

Many managers and directors are very racist and political You can not trust most of the managers there. They tell you lots of good things but eventually you'll be in a bad place Fight between various departments like CTG, CTO and GES leading to lots of re-orgs and difficult to work No help in career development, managers focus improving their career
