Old workforce means outdated technology. Don't try if you are expecting future growth. Managers will always be hired from outside and senior people will be your obstacle.

Customer Focused. Innovative. Respect and Appreciation for work well done. People are very smart and nice to each other. Salary and Bonus is excellent. Stock based compensation was great over the last few years. Work like balance.

Cons

Career growth is limited. Business has head winds coming its way.
