Pros

* Team has a friendly culture, teammates alway help each other and we are very close. * Good benefits. * Good career development opportunities. * Good recognition framework. People give spotlights using an internal tool to recognize and show appreciation to each other.

Cons

* Not necessarily a Con. but team moves fast, meaning we make quick decisions and implement a produce with quick iterations. Sometimes to achieve a quick feedback loop, we sacrifice the quality a bit, e.g., not all code are merged with unit tests, internal documentations can be out of date.

Pros

- Learning new skills and experimenting with new concepts - Team environment allows folks to help each other - Caring work environment

Cons

There are still a frequent amount of meetings and teams can sometimes lose communications on similar features or overlapping issues. Changing projects before completion of high priority work, priorities shift very often.
