Pros

I worked at Intuit for almost years and the entire time i met wonderful people. The work is diverse and you have opportunities to move around the company very easily when in a technical role.

Cons

The current CEO, Sasan, is a liar or just unable to keep his word. He continually spouts insanely unattainable stock price targets then never hits them. Generally total comp at intuit is low compared to the industry.

Pros

Great Benefits Annual refreshers are generous Work life balance Hybrid flexibility Company shuttles Ease of Internal mobility People are generally nice Profitable legacy products

Cons

Going through transition (SMB - Mid market). Lots of churn and reorgs recently with acquisitions and sites closer. There are old players who take active efforts in company politics. Not a whole lot of meaningful innovation.
