Pros

Lots of perks, medical benefits are best in nation and the people are great.

Cons

New leadership is more focused on the bottom line, stock prices and production more than ever before. This has changed the culture drastically to be less FAANG like to Engineers that no longer create solutions but build out designs within very rigidly defined boxes they are calling paved roads. So a small group gets to innovate and build these boxes that all other engineers must work within. Taking standard AWS or open source tech stacks, wrapping and obfuscating them to the point that they become proprietary having the unintended consequences of creating a learning curve that will not help you further in your career beyond Intuit.
