Pros

Management honestly cares about your well being and ensures that you have everything you need to be successful. I have found that your ideas, input, and participation is valued and acted upon. You are encouraged to grow your knowledge base and experiment as needed. Intuit implements real agile software development with rapid functioning code deployments as the norm, which is great for managing your work load and expectations during each sprint.

Cons

Nothing worth mentioning, Intuit is really an awesome place to work.
