Pros

Overall Company is rock solid. The upper management is awesome ( CXO`s ) - very efficient folks. Pay structure is slightly above market standards. Values Employees a lot.

Cons

The middle management is a blocker, and things need to be repaired . Office Politics starts here. - Need to be careful what you talk with the middle management, - things can be taken personally, which in turn will spoil the engineer`s career while here at Intuit.

Pros

Wonderful company to work for. You get to see wide range of open source tools to explore and learn. You always get respect and also a flexible environment where you can easily balance your work and family.

Cons

Even-though you get to learn and work with lot of new technologies, the old one never goes. You will also have to live with it. For most of the process, standards are missing. People implement solutions the way they like.
