Pros

bonus and RSU are good.

Cons

Too much middle management. This is a good retirement company. It's equivalent to a government company with private sector salary. Your career will end at teh same level where you joined. In other words there is no growth. Company is expanding in India which means every job in US is at RISK.

Cons

* We're out-of-touch with industry (but we do know it) * Too many cooks in the kitchen, so we get in our own way * Typical politics & bureaucracy of large org * We celebrate sufficiency * We have a follower mindset

Pros

Very good company to work with, benefits are lot better than any other companies in Bay Area. You can also advance your career here lot faster.

Cons

Though intuit is very good company to work with, there are too many processes come in between your way to prevent achieving goals faster.
