Cons

I had been at Intuit for 4 years, my bonus had not changed even when I exceeded expectations. I am disappointed. According to my metrics, I did better than 90% of all employees this season, but I was only offered $1 when I got my offer. Who can pay half of their bills with this job? We are the ones who bring the money in, but we are the ones who are paid the least. We are the ones who resolved all customers' issues and helped them to check out, increasing their sales. The only thing that increased this year was their prices. The worst part is that Intuit hires Indian recruiters. These people have no idea what an hourly pay means to a US worker, but they live like queens and kings, earning a salary in US dollars but living in India. The hourly pay they offer secures you to a poverty living standard in the US, but they do not care. They are used to seeing people living in poverty in their home countries.
