Great pay and excellent benefits. Good exposure to highly skilled data science professionals and resources. Great responsiveness to team issues and proactive conflict resolution.
Cons
Lack of prioritizing and executing on significant data requirements. A very high number of meetings. Too much time spent on administrative fluff: overly detailed regular planning, exhaustive goal and milestone setting process that does not pair well with frequent priority changes and organizational shifts. Yearly review process is too extensive.
