Pros

I got hired by a great manager who allowed me to grow, explore, take on interesting work and participate in work across teams. This helped understand the company better AND meet a lot people across different units, offices, and even countries. All within the first 9 months. - Great work life balance - Tons of perks on campus - Great team - Employees seem to actually reflect company values - No micromanagement - Collaborative Environment Even as COVID struck, expectations were clear, health benefits were expanded, and I actually felt the company cared about the well being of its employees. (Not something I can say about all my previous employers)

Cons

- Lack of direction, you have to be a self starter. - Too many meetings - It can be hard to get an audience with senior management
