Pros

Company goals communicated clearly from the top down to the Contributor level. Well positioned for growth. Serious software company - solving actual problems A lot to play with - Software and Data

Cons

Heavy emphasis on winning together and less on individual accountability - takes some getting used to. Not a serious con, but I put it here since Glassdoor requires us to put in a Con as a mandatory field.

Pros

Great culture. Fantastic teams. Open to ideas and innovation. Definitely an all-star company in terms of nurturing and future opportunity.

Cons

There can be at times a slow pace. Too many ad-hoc requests can get in the way on long term projects or general focus. Sometimes it feels I'm working on breadth and not depth. Scattered data.

Pros

They are very supportive of their developers, and are industry leaders in financial small business software. It's a stable company.

Cons

The company tries to be innovative, but struggles with being cutting edge. Innovation is big push, but you can feel the structure resist, and the leadership has not figured this out yet.
