Pros

Colleagues are friendly, and helpful. Lots of smart people that work very hard. Also, they are flexible about working from home, and taking time off.

Cons

There is no real culture at JPMorgan. Everything is about meeting deadlines and getting the job done. No much interaction outside of work. At the end of every year, the conversation tends to focus on the budget for next year, and whether there might be a reduction in headcount. Career mobility is hardly mentioned as an option.
