Cons
The cons are BAD MANAGEMENT and the employees they let get away with being an absolute cancer to the department because they are close friends. Management and the favoritism they show are the main problems with all locations in Jacksonville, esp Deerwood. If the VP doesn't like you for whatever reason, it trickles down to the managers, whom are also the VP's close friends, then the passive aggressiveness begins and it is truly ridiculous and just sad. The VP's and department managers engage in constant rumors and gossip which keeps the moral low. Corporate will say in town hall meetings that favoritism and blackballing doesn't exist but if the majority of the employees are saying it across the board, then obviously there is a problem.
