Though we are currently in a time of change with our recent acquisition, we see so much opportunity. I’m glad that you are learning and appreciate the flexible hours. I hope that you have also enjoyed the technical opportunities we offer with things like "R-Days,” where everyone does their own (technical) thing. In terms of the overtime, overall, SciQuest has the best managed time of anywhere I have personally worked in terms of not having recurring large spikes of overtime to meet a release. And with the agile elasticity of our target feature list each release, we have lots of levers to adjust content to not drive overtime. I would genuinely welcome your stopping my office to talk to me about your experience. Your manager would also be open to this feedback.
