HR only for the company No real company culture PS leadership- they need training, Team leads have no experience in leading teams and are led by leaders that are just named leaders but fail to even give direction

The company offers excellent opportunities for career advancement. Since the new owner took over, there has been a tangible positive shift. The new management is genuinely focused on turning this into a "true" software company. This new direction creates significant space for professional development and aligns the organization with modern engineering standards.

Cons

The major drawback is the technical debt we have been battling for years.
