Pros
Caring management, remote working environment if appropriate for the role, flexible and ample PTO, good pay, great people. I have worked with the company for 5 years and it is the best place I have ever worked. Most often people write reviews on Glassdoor only if they have had a bad experience but in my case, I've had a great experience. I know that other departments have had lay offs but my department has not.
Cons
When I started the company there was a bonus program for those that did not have direct reports. That was taken away. 401K matching could be better.
