      Pros

      The only good thing about working at Sciquest is that they offered decent benefits and a competitive salary. The new office was a nice change.

      Cons

      Upper management does not provide meaningful feedback on performance. The CEO is terrible. He is arrogant and unapproachable. All of Sciquest's new product have faults that are quickly ignored and swept under the rug with no plans to address them.

      I thoroughly enjoyed my time at SciQuest. Great culture and atmosphere!! The Finance team was one of the best teams I've had to privilege of working with!

      Pros

      Challenging work, great teammates, good benefits. I get to work with a lot of bright individuals. Competitive salary. I feel like I am heard and make a difference.

      Cons

      Other seems to be a decent amount of turnover. Folks get promoted to new positions or move to other departments so it seems like there are always new people getting up to speed. I guess in a way that is a good thing.keep
