Pros
- the product stack was huge and there was always an opportunity to learn something new - my opinion was considered valuable by my colleagues and those I reported to - worked remotely and had a certain degree of autonomy as to my schedule
Cons
- slow to implement new features in the product; often hard to make a true unique value proposition for new customers compelling amidst competitors (this was 2016 - can't speak to the solution now)
