Any growing post-merger company has to merge its cultures and approach but the good thing here is that we are combining the best of both!

I joined Jaggaer in November 2017 and I got my first promotion in April 2018. By July 2018, I had been made Product Manager. My progression has been quite steady and I'm very happy in my current role with the company. I would like to recommend Jaggaer for many reasons but mainly for providing a platform to succeed for every employee

Cons

Deadlines can be a little aggressive.
