      Pros

      Learned a lot from peers across different practice areas, which helped to broaden my skills and knowledge. Excellent training programmes and access to senior partners. Insight into the world of auditing and the financial regulatory environment.

      Cons

      Not a meritocracy but more oriented on crafting an organisation and therefore keeping/recruiting individuals that suit the aspirations of a desired culture.
