A well-established brand with offices in most of the countries and main cities A strong auditing/ Tax/ Deal-Advisory practice Good salaries

Cons

A crap consulting practice Among the worst company cultures, I had the chance to see in 12years of consulting No collaboration, no knowledge sharing no transparent promotion processes

- Smart co-workers with diverse backgrounds - Nice office space - Work from home policy if not on client site

Cons

- The Lighthouse group does not work on real data science problems - Difficult to collaborate with others in group and use state-of-the-art tools/technologies because client data is often very sensitive - Most managers/directors are only focused on their own career growth and care very little about associates/senior associates - Very little focus on technical development and training - Not much opportunity to be promoted as a technical expert unless you suck up to MDs/Partners

-You get to work on bigger clients -People are generally ok

Cons

-Pay is the lowest of the big 4 (only $37,500 to start in 2017) and lowest in any Canadian city (I work in Vancouver) -Hours are the longest of the big 4 and much longer than any midsize after speaking with friends
