Pros

Leave on time Lots of help in between Good work life balance Benefits: Monday beers at $1

Cons

You might not get the project you want First 4 years promotion depends purely on utiization so if you get a project with bad utilization that's it Former senior employees have left due to bad engagements Low first year pay...lower than average

Pros

Excellent place for first job. Great formal and informal training ground. Extremely long hours. Very weak pay.

Cons

Most employees have very poor communicative skills. Working in the Minneapolis office the vast majority of employees are passive aggressive.

Pros

Good on the CV Generally knowledgable staff in offices Reasonable Training Programme Generous lunch allowance

Cons

Long hours - often due to being on more than one job at a time, which leads to a lack of focus on every job Politics - it's all down to appearances, rather than actual work performed Lack of intuitive technology - although improving, it is still faulty Top management don't seem to have a clue (One Firm Event, constant changes to policies) Stress related to work - due to long hours, lack of support from supervisors (who are also overworked) Lack of departmental resources - leading to long hours at work and constant juggling of jobs Salary structure comparable to industry, but nothing special - market rate and no higher Benefits not great - can actually gain better discounts by going to places and asking for discounts Performance review system very poor and not understandable
