Pros

Continuous learning- numerous training opportunities. Ability to develop multiple skills- technical knowledge, communication and public speaking, teaching, managing, etc. Supportive environment-although it is very difficult to maintain a work-life balance, management is supportive of individuals trying to achieve work-life balance. Extensive technical resources..

Cons

work can at times be very tedious and can seem endless; hours can extend without boundaries when deadlines come up or when a demanding client/partner have an emergent task--this happens, not very rarely, even just within the months when i was interning. you may feel you work as hard as a consultant, or even i-banker, but certainly get paid comparatively less.
