Good information sharing, excellent opportunity to build knowledge in a vertical segment and/or work across industries and with varying clients. Great place to build ability to work with senior management at clients and to learn new things

Cons

Favoritism, politics and a focus on fees a huge drawback. it's a partnership, so expect continual pressure on fees; income comes first, quality comes second. The kpmg values are given lipservice. Basically a professional sweatshop, but if you can make it through a few years at kpmg, then you can be successful anywhere. Lots of so-called leaders can talk a lot, but have no real substance behind their words

really long hours, no work life balance, cog in the machine. low respect from senior management and very little transparency low pay comparably to other CPA's

Name is Good Big 4 Training Budget. Getting that CPA. A lot of exposure to different industries. I think we all appreciate that.

Cons

Politics Canned Environment Awful work life balance. Up or out, which isn't the best place when it comes time to raise a family.
